• First Install the One Click Demo Import Plugin and activate this plugin.
• Download the demo content file from
  
  1. Click Here For Spirallite Downoload demo content  
• Then go to Dashboard-> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
• Then click the Import demo data button manually.

1. Click Select File to Upload XML File in > Import Content Select an XML file to import.

2. Click Select File to Upload WIE File in > Import Widgets Select a JSON/WIE file to import.

3. Click Select File to Upload DAT File in > Import Customizer Select a DAT file to import.

4. After uploads these files Click The Contine & Import Button

Note: You need to import demo data in fresh WordPress otherwise existing posts, pages, categories, images, custom post types or any other data will be deleted or modified.
